A girl with bones

I really like the cover on this one. It's totally what drew me in. :)
The story itself isn't bad but does get to few points were slows down a bit too much and drags a little. The girl herself is like that, so I suspect it was unavoidable since this story is character driven.
The girl isn't all that interesting though, so she doesn't carry the story well enough. It's not bad, but doesn't make my favorites list.

This lucky little book has become part of nimrodiel's Manga & Graphic novel bookbox! :)
As usual, I'm trying to put a variety of types in here, so there's lots of stuff that people haven't seen before. This one qualifies I think!
Hope it finds a new reader! ;)

This came back in my manga & graphic novel book box.
I really liked this little graphic novel. It has been many years since I was an angry art driven teen-ager however I could empathize with the main character of Ivy. I remember the unexpected anger usually aimed at my mom who was not usually the cause. This was a very character driven story and I was pulled into it from the first chapter.
Thanks for sharing this HI77. I don't think I would have stumbled across this one and I really enjoyed it.
