A humorous take on the legend of St George and the dragon for the mythological sweepstake.
I hope to get this into the post tomorrow for the Mythological sweepstake winner.
A really sweet story, about a dragon that doesn't want to fight St George and would rather laze around outside his cave. Some nice gentle humour and lovely illustrations throughout.

Thank you, dark-draco for the books and BC labels! I am a dragon fan so this book, and the labels, are right up my alley! I can't wait to read this cute little book!
A cute story of a boy, his family, a dragon, and St. George. The dragon is funny as he resembles more a wealthy man sitting in his library enjoying a laid-back life and having the boy run around and do things for him! He's more interested in creating and reciting sonnets than he is in the tradition of fighting with knights over the right to eat or keep a princess.
I didn't realize it until after reading the book, but this is the same author who wrote The Wind in the Willows. Strangely, I have not read The Wind in the Willows, but I did watch the animated movie when I was little. I also did not know that The Reluctant Dragon was made into an animated movie, both by Disney. The first part can be watched using the link above. There are 7 parts you can watch on YouTube. You learn something new every day!
