This is a great book for those who are interested in alternative spirituality. There are some very challenging ideas contained within.... read with caution!
Byron Katie teaches us to be at peace with our lives exactly as they already are.... no matter what has happened to us (even the very bad stuff).

I enjoyed reading this book; it's written in very clear and entertaining prose. I even tried a few of the exercises, which were easy to follow and did not take long to complete. This lead to a few minor revelations about my own thinking, which I know can be judgemental, at times.

Letting go of judgements can be tricky, but in the long run it's definitely a more peaceful and less anxiety-ridden way to live.
