Another excellent book in the Castlemere series featuring DI Liz Graham.

The town is reeling from a forty-eight hour crime wave including a ram-raid, a hostage crisis, a shocking rape & more....

When conventional methods fail, DI Liz Graham & DS Cal Donovan go undercover in a search for leads.

Neither could have imagined the frightening ordeals they are about to endure.....ordeals which will test their courage, strength & commitment to the absolute, terrifying limit.....

A great series, although I haven't read it for years!

Hmmm, not a bad novel as such but I felt there was too much going on at the same time...train robberies, illegal dog fights, burgleries, rape an all in such a small town ? The rape story on its own and how Liz Graham dealt with it in her own way would have been quite enough as it was really well told so I kinda ended up skipping over the rest.
