"Comprised of 40 short stories, this collection will shows the full force of Giorgio's flexible literary muscle. There are characters who choose to live with an iguana instead of a spouse, who use their lunch hours to seek out dead birds for burial in a private back-yard cemetery, who buy new answering machines and find existing messages, and much more. From light to dark to funny to serious to change-your-life to change-the-world, these stories will leave you mesmerized and satisfied. The majority have appeared in literary magazines, but there are a few never-seen-before that will only appear in this collection. This will be Giorgio's fifth book." (Courtesy of amazon.com)
This collection of short stories is an interesting one. It's a nice thing to read when you aren't in the mood for longer books.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Among the magazines
This was a well-written book. Kathie Giorgio has a way of letting you visualize the characters and situations clearly. However, some of the stories were quite disturbing (several involved child molestation and rape). I understand these are real life situations but as I said, this author really pulls you into the story and it didn't leave me feeling well after reading them. Other stories did make me laugh though. I especially liked the first story, "In Your Company".
