Zen Keys

A good introduction to Zen, Buddhism and mindfulness. Not too preachy, not overly deep. I have re-read the book several times throughout the years.
It is now time for it to leave my bookshelves and travel the world.
Do you want to live more mindfully? Give this book a read.
Hope you enjoy.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Sent to winner of Unusual Countries Sweepstakes.
This is not the kind of book i'd usually read. And isn't that wonderful? That's one of the best things BC brought me: to get to read authors and genres I would never read otherwise.
Thank you for it mcsar and thank you also so very much for the little adorable maple leaf. It's already pinned to the bag I use on a daily basis :)

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Not being my kind of book, as I could gather after a few tries to go on with the reading and giving it up after a while, I decided I should let it keep traveling a bit more...
In another round of this amazing Authors from unusual countries sweepstake (August 2018 in this case), I hope it may join a more dedicated reader this time.
Congratulations and hope you have the greatest pack of books reaching you!!

Thank you conto, and yes, definitely some amazing books landing in my postbox :)
I confess to knowing next to nothing about Zen practices, but having a quick glance through the book, it looks interesting and certainly worth trying. As you say, this is one of the best things about Bookcrossing, getting to try different stuff.

Well, unfortunately, even in this time of Covid-19 pandemic and possibly trying to find some new meanings in life, I couldn't really get into this book.
I'll reserve it for now, and when we are able to release books once again, will look for a more appreciative reader.

Thanks for this RABCK keeta1 - Zen is certainly a practice I wish I were good at but just the very act of owning and storing a lot of books, I don't think I'm very Zen! It will sit of Mt TBR for a little while and then we'll see what happens, it may change my life perhaps?
