Undecided as whether to release this on International BookCrossing Day 2017, Friday 21 April or not as I have birthday book giving and holiday release plans afoot also! In the interim, registration:

Lively little tale with a whole lot more going on in it than I had imagined it would have; knowing the family of friends you gather around you may have as much value as the family you are born into; understanding we are all animals, humans and others and treasuring and respecting life; knowing the worth of kind conduct and good manners are some of the issues touched upon. As ever Ibbotson peoples her story with engaging characters from the generous and humane, through wayward misfits and including downright villainous monsters, all in all an intriguingly balanced mix of dark and light.

Hmmm, on one hand tempted to hold onto this as it will make a great wee Halloween release, but on the other hand that ‘hold onto’ bit means tucking it into the already heaving piles of books stored here in the Castle Library… moving this out asap would be the best idea. While I hatch a plan this is marked as Available!
