I got this paperback at Barnes and Noble today. It's from the "Heroes of Olympus" series, which follows the events of the "Percy Jackson" books.

Here, the story opens with Percy (son of Poseidon) and Annabeth (daughter of Athena) in peril - they're stuck in Tartarus while on a quest to block an imminent threat of war. Their friends choose different paths in an attempt to help - and Nico (son of Hades) winds up treading a desperate path of his own, eventually confessing something that explains a lot about his strained relationship with Percy and Annabeth and may - if they all survive - give him a brighter future...

There are some bonus stories at the end of the main book, and plenty of Olympian action in the whole thing!
