I found this good-condition softcover on the charity-sale bookshelves in Hannaford Supermarket. Since I love old cemeteries, I couldn't pass it up! It includes an overview of colonial burial practices, with photos and comments on a number of historic or otherwise interesting Massachusetts burial grounds. I've been to several of the graveyards described here, including the wonderful Mount Auburn in Cambridge, and hope to visit more someday.
