The next instalment has baddie Valentine planning to unleash demons on Idris (city of glass) in Alicante, using the mortal instruments - cup, sword, mirror - to summon up the angel Rafael to bring in the demons. However, Clary and Jace discover they're not really brother & sister, and Sebastian is really Jonathon, Valentine's son!!! And Jocelyn has recovered and is out of hospital!!!
