It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

I read this quite awhile ago, but like all of Sue Grafton's mysteries I enjoyed it. I'm going to release it at the Wendy's/Tim Horton's in Yarmouth this morning.

Released on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at Tim Horton's/Wendy's on Water Street in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia Canada.

I'll be releasing this before noon, somewhere on the Tim Horton's side. Update - left it on the tray shelf nearest the main door. I hope someone finds it and it doesn't get thrown away by the staff!

Woohoo - thank you. thank you FRAR (Friendly Release Alert Robot). You alerted me to a book released in the wild in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. I went hunting for my "quarry" (sorry, couldn't resist that!) at Tim Hortons/Wendys, couldn't see the book so I asked at the counter and sure enough it was in the Lost and Found. To top that success I bought a coffee, "rolled up the rim to win" and won a free cookie.
I love Sue Grafton's alphabet mysteries and am tickled pink to have caught this one.

At last! I've finally caught up to 'Q' in the alphabet series.
This is a typicl, enjoyable Kinsey Millhone mystery. The only difference with this one is that it's based on an actual unsolved mystery. The characters and the ending are fictional but the murder is based on the true story. Kinsey is such a likeable character as are the two old retired detectives she is working with and of course old Henry, her octogenarian landlord. I wonder if he has found his true love at last in this book!

My latest read in the Alphabet series, and although they're a little bit formulaic, Sue Grafton's private detective heroine is dogged and likeable. In this story, she's even allowed to be a bit emotional as she finds out some things about her family in the course of the the cold case she's working on with two police detectives. Thanks, Bluenoser - I'm gradually checking off the Alphabet!
