While you can see Flat Stanley meeting the Garden Frog Statue when we were pulling weeds in my garden in this Journal Pic (I am not able to keep real live Frogs and Toads, because there are so many cats roaming loose in the neighborhood...and THANK YOU FOR HELPING WITH THE WEEDS FLAT STANLEY!!!), we were hoping to go to the Desert Botanical Garden using a free Culture Pass from the Library, and to see some sights and meet some REAL Frogs and Toads for ourselves in a Flashlight Tour, but the Passes to The Garden had all been checked out (See the photo of Flat Stanley in the next Journal Entry). Some of these creatures live in the Superstition Mountain Wilderness, which is in the Tonto National Forest...we're not just Sonoran Desert here in Arizona. ; ) https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/tonto/specialplaces/?cid=fsbdev3_018739

This Journal Entry has a photo of Flat Stanley sitting on the Cultural Passes offered by the Library that are first come first serve and free to "check out" (you get a receipt with a pass to go to the venue of your choice that is good for one week) with your Library Card. The Desert Botanical Garden is just one of many to choose from, but some are very far away from Mesa. The Desert Botanical Garden Flashlight Tours don't actually start until May. You can read more about it, and other events at The Garden here...https://www.dbg.org/events/flashlight-tours

I am so amazed with the detail that you have gone to for the Flat Stanley project, Bookworm. You are truly amazing and have helped a little bookworm to appreciate the blessings of Bookcrossing.
