The story of Aya and her brother Aki continues. In this volume we see Aki taken over by the personality of the reincarnation of the Mikage male who captured Ceres long ago. He is determined than no one else should have Ceres. Meanwhile Aya is still trying to find where the Temeko's lost tones are. We discover that her clan does not have them in hiding. Instead the greatest treasure of the Mikage clan is that of the preserved corpse of Ceres' original body.

I am using this to seed a new graphic novel and manga book box.

I was surprised and pleased to find all 14 volumes of this series in the manga/graphic novel bookbox! I'd read Vol. 1, but not the rest, so I'm taking them all!

Pretty boys covered with bloodstains, long-mummified remains kept on hand for reference - or something... what's not to like about this volume? {wry grin}

What a dark volume... but what would you expect when the cover is of the originally super nice and gentle Aki with bloody hand?

So... in this volume, we found out that Toya has wolverine like power, and the Mikage family is really, seriously sick... No wonder Ceres is so raving mad... Also, I read about the author's trip to Florida and how she got sexually harassed by Mickey...
