I got this fair-condition paperback from the charity-sale shelves at a local Hannaford's. It's one of Child's stand-alone thrillers with supernatural elements, and is a pretty exciting read - though it has some plot-flaws that really irked me, not least because they only seemed to be there to spoil the big reveal as to just whose mummy the expedition actually found! But I enjoyed the concept (however unlikely) of a long-lost tomb being buried beneath a soon-to-be-flooded morass far from the majority of traditional royal burial sites, and the various hints as to the other ways this was different. And if I found the solution to the "lost two crowns of Egypt" question disappointing, well, others might be tickled.
