I liked the Navajo environment, found it very interesting and liked the characters too but sometimes the book was very repetitive.
Sometimes it was all right because I could be sure to have understood but when things were repeated 3 or 4 times, it gets a bit boring...
However, I persisted to read and finally I was happy not to have laid down the book because the resolution of the plot is very interesting.
My husband is now reading the book and we will set him free when he finishes.

Isandre gave me this book to release either in Danemark or in Sweden, where I'll be for Christmas. But maybe I'll try to find some time to read it before. I like ethnology and ethnological mysteries such as those by Arthur Upfield, so I may give a try to this one which features Navajo Indians.

So, I have read it by now, and I liked it for many reasons. Firstly, as I said, I like ethnological mysteries where you get an insight to another culture. Secondly, the plot was interesting and the resolution surprising. And finally, I am myself a rock-climber - but a very modest one. Thus I wanted to know what "Shiprock" looks like, so I looked on internet and added two pictures in my JEs. Waouh, I would never ever climb it!!

Next step: release in the wild :o)
