The story was interesting about the people living in a small town at the end of the cape in Massachusetts. Also, a CBS female reporter working under Edward R. Murrow broadcasting over the radio from London during the war in 1941. How their lives intersected and what happened to each of them. Not my usual type of read.

Received this in a box of books from a friend of Iwillrejoice. She is packing up the belongings of Iwillrejoice now that Iwillrejoice, is rejoicing in heaven.

Not my usual type of read which may have influenced how I felt. The story never caught me. Not a bad story, just wasn't captivated by it.
