A William Monk story. Monk is the Commander of the Tames River Police in England. McNab is the head of customs and McNab hates Monk. Twenty years ago Monk was in an accident and he lost his memory. Something he did back then caused McNab to hate him and this story was about how he was going about getting revenge. An interesting story.
