A strange & wistful story about a lonely boy who creates a secret, slightly scary, world full of magical adventure. This is the kind of book I loved when I was young, but I'm not sure if it would appeal to younger readers today. It is slightly dated, but still quite a lovely tale.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I'll be taking this book along to a Bookcrossing meet-up in the Knights Templar. If nobody fancies taking it home, it will be left somewhere in the city for a stranger to find and enjoy.

Had the most lovely bookcrossing meetup lunch and come home with more than I took......

A children's story which is apparently of it's era. The only thing I didn't like was the "discarded by" stamp in the front. What a sad thing for a book to be.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I started to read this, but realised I was really just using it to fill time, so stopped. It's going in my little free book box for someone to pick up and read in turn.

Please do leave a quick journal entry and let me know where it ended up. And if you’ve finished with it, I’d love it if you could return it to the little free book box for someone else to pick up and enjoy.
