An excellent example of the importance of fighting against banning books.
Stowe's work was immediately banned upon publication i parts of the country as 'Abolitionist Propoganda'. Now it is challenged (like in IL in 1984) because it contains the 'N-Word.' We need to own our history, and this book is an important small window into the Civil War.
