I got this softcover from the author's Kickstarter project. It's a collection of religion-themed comics from his SMBC web comic. (I enjoyed his science-themed collection, Science: Ruining Everything Since 1543.)

The cartoons don't hesitate to poke fun at any religion, from the largest current ones to ancient cults to splinter groups. There are riffs on why Jesus might want to appear as an image on a grilled cheese sandwich, fun with censorship, where Adam got the first fig leaf, why cheese is the true meaning of life, and much more. One of my favorites shows a father and son coming out of a "Thor" movie, with the kid wildly enthused to learn more about the Norse gods. Dad agrees, of course, but a few books later the kid notes that "Loki does a lot more tying his balls to a goat's beard and playing tug-of-war than they portray in the movie." "That's Hollywood for you!"

And then there's the one about "the best way to ruin a protest is to join it badly", where a guy with a sign saying "It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve!" finds himself accompanied by a woman with her own sign: "It's Lot and his *daughters*, not Lot and his *sons*!" (If you aren't up in the Old Testament, checkout Genesis 19:36.)

[There's a TV Tropes page on the web comic with some entertaining tidbits.]
