I'd enjoyed a couple of earlier volumes in this series, including Volume 3, and picked up this final volume to see how the story turned out. After the traumatic events in previous volumes it's hard to imagine how any of the survivors could make it to safety, but the story features some surprising reversals of power - and of sanity - with notes of personal responsibility, sacrifice, and friendship as well. As with previous volumes, the artwork highlights the characters' emotions and the beauty and hazards of their surroundings. All in all, a very good series!
