This is a very interesting mystery that has little in common with The DaVinci Code (despite the frequent comparisons). Although both books feature a contemporary character attempting to solve a mystery using clues and codes, that is where the similarities end. I enjoyed both books, but they are very different.

F. Scott Fitzgerald's This Side of Paradise is one of my favorite books, so it was interesting to see the remnants of his Princeton in this book. The friendship between Tom, Paul, Charlie, and Gil was well written and accurately portrayed how friendships change within just a few years. Similarly, the relationship between Tom and Katie was very true to life.

This was a quick and easy read - very enjoyable!
