Stephanie Plum's life is a mess - she's a bounty hunter who's inept at her job, she has one man who wants to marry her and another who wants to sleep with her, and she's failing to hunt down a murderous pensioner. Fast-paced action but check your brain at the door, it's not believable or thought-provoking: candy-floss for the mind.
