I read and enjoyed this humorous little book about a decade ago, so I was delighted to find this copy for sale quite inexpensively at my local library. I plan to reread, rate, and release it.

Very, very cute! The illustrations really make the book and some pages caused me to laugh out loud because they were so resonant (I have two cats of my own). A fun little read!

Thanks so much for the RABCK! The book's adorable, and the advice is generally good ("Yawn like you mean it," or "Make the most of unstructured time") but it's the cat-cartoons that add a twist to items like "Help put the groceries away" [by dashing into the empty bag at top speed, of course!]. And then there's "Make yourself vulnerable" (cat exposing tummy for scritching) followed by "but don't be afraid to bite the hand that feeds you" (cat digging teeth and claws into the tummy-scritching hand). That describes my cat perfectly, yet I still can't resist the come-hither looks even though I know it will end in Band-Aids!

I plan to leave this book at Charlie's Diner when stopping by for some of their marvelous corned beef hash. Hope the finder enjoys the book!

Charlie's is one of my favorite spots! The corn beef hash is amazing!! Emily who works there passed this book along to me cause she knows I am a Crazy Cat Lady! The book was adorable and oh so true. This was my first encounter with bookcrossing.com.
