An Alex Cross Christmas book! Not sure it will be a "holiday classic for years to come" as Amazon says but it was a nice change from the syrupy, sappy, Hallmark books that I love to read at this time of the year.

This book made me ponder upon all the people that work over Christmas to keep us safe. And the toll on their families. Many thanks to all you workers!

Alex Cross has got to be having the worst Christmas ever. 'nuff said.

Not your typical feel good with a cozy read Christmas book. I actually listened to this downloaded from the library. When you are listening, you don't always realize where you are in the book. Thought the book had wrapped up nicely on Christmas Day - when - no - peace will not be on the list for this day either. So true about the people who work to keep us safe during the holidays. My husband figures this will be his perfect Christmas book.

I will be bringing this in as part of the Christmas theme at Cravings. Not too much MERRY in this!
