This is quintessential Miss Marple. Warning: if you've seen the Joan Hickson televsion version, this has a different ending! Or different details - sorry, I forget which! This was one of the first Christie's I ever read, and I have been a huge fan ever since. If you like Christie, you'll like this one, and if you haven't read her before, this one is a great place to start.
