An OK mystery about an abducted child. It is supposedly a stand-alone part of a trilogy concerning two families and their intertwined history. Although it does wrap up the current story line, it leaves with a cliff-hanger, that I suspect will be addressed in one of the other two books. Which I may read, if they come across my path.
