I've had this handsome (though slightly-battered) hardcover on my keeper shelves for some time now, and I think it's time it went traveling. It's an alphabet book with very sophisticated artwork, each letter rendered in graphic form to illustrate the term. "A" is shown as a mountain with an avalanche falling down its side; "D" indicates "devil" by being shown on its side, with the serifs forming devil-horns; "I" demonstrates an iceberg - with the majority of the letter being underwater; "X" features an X-ray of a hand, with two fingers crossed to form an actual X; and there's more!

I left this book in the LFL in Benson Park at around 2 on this cold, windy day; hope the finder enjoys it!
