The Christmas Cookie Killer: A Fresh-Baked Mystery
2 journalers for this copy...
This isn't the first time I've bought this book:) This copy I found at the Friends of the Library Sale this past spring. Got home and realized I have a copy already in my PC of Christmas mysteries. This is off to Weeder as an RABCK in thanks for all the lovely books she has shared and particularly for introducing me to some wonderful "new to me" authors and series. Enjoy, Weeder and do as you please with it!!
Always pleased to receive a surprise RABCK especially at this time of year. Livia J. Washburn is a new author to me and that's always a treat, too. Book arrived in good condition.
I just finished reading "The Christmas Cookie Killer." Kind of an odd association tying Christmas cookies with a killing. But, a lot of Christmas traditions worked well into the story and made it richer. It was a thought provoking story. I'd decide a particular person was the killer and then they were removed from the suspect's list for some credible reason. I didn't actually know who the killer was until the end when it was revealed. I thought it was a rather clever ending. I'm offering this book in a Christmas themed BookBox which will be mailed out on SEP 5 2016.
