Set at the death of the Prince-Consort Albert, this is a different Victorian murder mystery. Barron has produced a series of interesting dectective novels with Jane Austen as her protagonost.

Here, Barron takes up the cause of Victoria. Specifically set at the time of Alfred's death, she throws in an Irish Barrister, Patrick Fitzgerald, the niece of Dr. John Snow, Georgiana Armistead, syphlis, hemophalia, English justice, the Queen's relationships with her children, and the kitchen sink. It all works, and wonderfully. One reviewer was left saying 'could it be?', you will have the same feeling.

Fly far little book!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

I left this at the Wisconsin Pavilion for the 1964 World's Fair expedition hall in Neillsville Wi. It was amazing to be driving through a small town and get a childhood memory flash! The Wisconsin Pavilion was dismantled in New York, and brought back to the state. It ended up in Neillsville, and was restored and made into the site of the WCCN (107 FM) radio station. It's wonderful! The person at the station was nice, you can look around, and I bought a t-shirt and drank a root beer just staring down the memory of a six year old at the World's Fair. Amazing.

#110 in 52 Towns in 52 Weeks Challenge 2015 . A 2015 Spook-tacular Haloween Challenge release.
