Interesting idea, centering murder mysteries around wildflowers. As a biologist I appreciate the accuracy of the science. I don't know how the author is going to resolve the problem of the very reluctant protagonist who stumbles across and solves murders, even though she doesn't want to.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Mailed to Bookcrossing member as part of a RABCK. One of six.
Finally this book has arrived in the land of tulips. After I have read it, I will look for a fitting spot for it to be released and I really hope it will be caught and journaled then.
Thanks a lot for sending this to me!
My experience with this book:
At first I had to read it with a dictionary nearby, because my English wasn't enough to understand everything. After I had read a couple of chapters it went better and I knew enough of the story to continue without it. The place where the story is situated differs a lot with the place I live in The Netherlands. I am glad I don't have to cope here with so much heat and drought, although I would prefer a little less rain at the moment.
About the story:( best continue after reading the book, because of spoilers)
you don't need to be a detective to guess who has don'it, but till the end I hoped for a dramatic and surprising twist of the story. I find it very strange how Claire reacts when she is confronted with the killer. Chances that it would turn bad for her were far more greater then the slim chance he was sincere.
B.t.w.: nice cover. I didn't notice the skull on the butterfly in the little picture above, but it caught my eye instantly when I received the book in my hands.
