Given to me by my mother who found herself shouting at the heroine "Why"?

I am broad minded enough to ignore this and try the book!!

I kind of know what my mother meant... this is a meandering mystery which really goes nowhere at the end. HOWEVER, there is definite intrigue because the reader wonders, and the author leaves intriguing clues, as to why on earth the narrator wants to re-hash a 20 year old mystery? There is a lot more going on underneath the surface than our narrator simply wanting to achieve justice for her friend... an intriguing book, not like Walters' previous novels at all.

I will release this into the wild or will trade it. Happy travels book!
