The political convention is in Los Angles and Stone Barrington is on the scene. There are schemers and hangers-on plus some who want to use the chaos to plan for sinister plans.

The democratic convention is in Los Angeles and Barrington is there with his girl friend, Ann, who is an aide to the first lady and potential candidate for president, Kate Lee. There's lots of wheeling and dealing between the candidates and delegates. And if that weren't enough Ed Eagles ex-wife is trying to kill him again. This one will keep you turning the pages. I thought the ending was just the right touch to this story. Good read!!
