Such an excellent novel. I had to buy it to release it in bc when I saw it for sale.
It's difficult for me to make a summary without destroying the twists, even from the first sentence and the first chapter. Barcelona as you have never seen it before. The cover doesn't make any justice to the book at all.

had this book for a while from the camel and artichoke and can't get into the writing style at all so will return it!
Picked up at the Camel and Artichoke.
I really enjoyed this, will definitely be keeping an eye out for more Mendoza!

Book and goodies arrived safely, thank you kangaroo ! A mystery novel by Mendoza, I am really looking forward to reading this, no doubt I will enjoy it :)
Such a great read ! The narrator, which name is not revealed, investigates the most unusual way a disappearance mystery. Weird and funny, I really liked it.

Writing (or possibly translation) style is quite strange and after 6 chapters I'm still not interested in the plot, so I think I'm giving it up... On the train from Mainz BC-convention to Nurnberg now, will release it somewhere there maybe :)
