I got this online by accident. I was after a book with the same title but a different author and I clicked on the wrong link while ordering it so when it arrived it was unexpected. I took one look at it and thought, could I read it anyway? .... No, it's not my type of book ... no no noooo! It has been on my shelf for a while and I picked it up again a couple of days ago to give it away, and ended up reading it really quickly.... which is typical of me, always getting sidetracked by other books when I am actually in the middle of reading something else. Anyway, it moved well and I found the setting interesting, a part of the world I know very little about. I started looking for the places mentioned in the book, also learned something about the author and noticed that there are tours to Tony Hillermann country out there. The book has also been made into a movie for television in the US :)
