Very exciting! I was on Rum to do the traverse of the Cuillin before heading down to the bothy at Dibidil. I spotted the box as we arrived at the summit of Askival, initially thinking it was someones lunch box left behind, or a geocache thing! It was really exciting to find it was actually a book left for someone to find, and it had been there for a few days in some wild weather (we found it on Wednesday 3rd June). I was actually regretting not bringing a book with me for the bothy and tent so it was a great find. Turned out we did more walking so less time for reading but I really enjoyed the first few chapters in the bothy and am enjoying the suspense of Ruth's story unfolding now I am back at home. Looking forward to finishing the book and releasing it for its onward journey...
