Your freshman year in high school is never easy, for lots of reasons. On top of everything else, Scott's mother announces that she's having a new baby.
Scott decides that the most useful thing he can do is to write a survival manual for his new sibling. In the meantime Scott becomes involved with *everything* from Student Council to the school play. While he tries to find his place in his confusing new world, he's recording all the details for his new sibling's -- and the reader's -- enjoyment.
Please note that the book jacket on my copy of the book is different than that shown here on the website. This copy of the book is yellow, and the book's spine looks like a spiral notebook.
