I love reading about greek mythology and mermaids, so this book was a good choice for me. On the downside, it wasn't what I expected and it was a little melancholy.

I wanted so desperately to like this! I love mermaids, and Greek Myth so I thought this world be perfect but alas I kept picking holes in it. The idea though is quite nice and i'd love to rewrite it.

I found that Sirena crys too much and the book moved tooo quickly. It was a very simple. I finished it in a day. The terrible thing was I kept hoping that he would leave at the end of the book because they felt so annoying. I don't know, maybe my sister will like it haha.

I quite liked this little book, especially all the references to Greek mythology. Sometimes the story and writing seems a little bit simple, but then I guess it's YA.
