Voyage on the Great Titanic: The Diary of Margaret Ann Brady, R.M.S. Titanic 1912 (Dear America Series)

I'd like to read this with my son at some point in the future, but I'm not sure he'll like it. I'll find out when we start it together.
Well, I ended up reading this on my own. It would not have been a book my son would've enjoyed. I thought the book was okay. In the end, when she gets off the Titanic and wanders off on her own, well, I just thought that was plain stupid. She should have accepted the help that was offered and her actions made it seem like she hadn't a brain in her head.
I also didn't like the part where Mrs. Carstairs tells her not to get in the life boat. I really don't see an adult telling a child not to get in...it seemed very out of character. Plus, once they get reunited on the other ship, there is no apology from the older lady and no anger from girl.
