I put this under 'Art'!

Thought this book was a fun book. I couldn't believe how over the top these crop circles were.

Of course, aliens created them!!! Hmm

I am mystery swapping this to a fellow bookcrosser in Honolulu. Please see it and pass on for others to enjoy.

I just came home from the movies (saw Girl with a Pearl Earring – fabulous book by the way!) and picked up my snail mail... and to my wonderful delight, was this book from fanclub!

This has some of the coolest photos I’ve ever seen of crop circles. They are perfect examples of the complexity involved in this phenomenon. I don’t know who or what creates them, but the symmetry created is certainly breathtaking.

But what really caught my eye is the fabulous photo on page 7 of a crop circle near Stonehenge (07/07/96). I’ve scanned this particular photo above. Absolutely magnificent! The past (Stonehenge), the present (a busy highway), and perhaps the future (the crop circles 'designers') are represented.

Thanks so much for thinking of me, fanclub! I’m actually going to keep this ‘reserved’ for a couple days, as I just started making string-art greeting cards and would like to attempt to replicate some of these crop circle patterns on my cards. I’ll definitely send you one!

Then it’ll be on it’s journey to another earthbound BookCrosser!

Hey, received and read today! Great pictures. What a great little book to keep in your pocket to show those that don't realize the complexities of the circles. I'll have to try and get a personal copy. For now it's reserved for my sister unless someone else wants it. thanks so much for sharing.
4/11/04 update... book retrieved and will be in the mail tomorrow to the land downunder!! enjoy!
(yes, the fishwater IS green - it's supposed to kill fungus, etc.....)

Thanks all who have gone before. Are all these piccys for real? If so it's a bit hard to picture Farmer Joe walking around with big boots making these patterns.
Part of the many mysteries of life.
This would be an interesting one for the bogan book box. No disrespect to all the readers!
And sorry who is it going to next. "epionone" doesn't come up. Could it be epione?

Oh, the irony! I go to school and talk about crop circles and Mel Gibson's movie "Signs", and then I get home and I have this great little CROP CIRCLE book sitting on the table for me. It's weird how things work out that way. These pictures are awesome. It drives me crazy not knowing 1)whether or not they're real and 2)if they're real, who or what made them and how. I might just have to watch "Signs" again tonight. Thanks for the book!

*Thanks for the map newk :) It's fun knowing where all of the books I'm getting are coming from.

Was looking thru a box for Christmas wrapping and found this little gem I'd forgotten all about. It's so small it could get lost on a shelf and lanquish in our icey library for 40 years, as many of the other books have done.

Can't have that. Sending it on to Australia today!
