CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

I took some good culinary suggestions for my semi-vegetarian diet. But I'm a lousy cook.

So, I'm sending this fine book to arvores, which is vegetarian and excellent cuisine master .

And this happened during my RABCK d'O Chapeu Seleccionador , from October.

Excellent cuisine master? Where is that guy?! I wish I could find him and bring him home for a while :-)

The book has arrived to the island today. I already know I'm going to enjoy the "Naan bread with curried vegetable kebabs" and "blackberry, apple and fresh fig compote with honey yogurt". And the "giggle cake"... and... Let's be patient :-)

I'll take some notes and pass it on, soon.
