Given to me by the daughter of a fellow bowler from a huge collection of books, many of which have been previously entered into a Writers prize contest. Some of these will go straight to the Op Shop, others will be registered and released and a small quantity will be registered and put aside to go onto Mt TBR!
A very interesting look at resistance fighting during the Second World War whilst also telling the story of a Greek woman who abandoned her children in Australia. Slow to start, but it became very interesting as the story unfolded.
