Curiosity got the better of me eventually and I had to finish the series.

If I remember rightly the second book started after a year or so of the first one finishing. This one starts right where the second one left off and for that reason I kicked myself for not reading it straight away, too late now to change that!!

There is a huge amount of characters introduced in this book and with some of the names being quite similar (and me not sure how to pronounce them so they sounded the same in my head) it got a bit confusing at times. Yes it is a bit far fetched at times, I mean who would keep Salander and Zalachenco on the same ward, two doors away from one another for start!

The conspiracy theory was an interesting one, although I kind of feel I had read it before. I personally liked the courtroom drama side of things, although it was a bit of a different set up to what I am use to reading so may be things in court are done differently in Sweeden.

Again a bit of a far fetched ending, but hey why stop a theme thats run all through the books. Overall an enjoyable read and its a shame that the author lost his life so soon. I don't know if its true that there were supposed to be more in this series or not, there are a few things that still needed to be tied up such as Salanders sister, but on the other hand if did feel like a last one in the series.
