I kept falling asleep while reading this book. Perhaps it was a bad choice of book the week I had changed my routine to get up earlier so I could start going to the gym. The 18th century sections require just a little more effort that I didn't have the energy for. When I was awake I enjoyed it, especially the flashes of humour. But I couldn't believe in the plot much.
