I got this atmospheric-looking softcover at Barnes and Noble. It's about summer-school students who wind up staying at a dorm that was formerly an abandoned psychiatric hospital. The book is illustrated with actual photos from real asylums for extra atmosphere.

Not surprisingly, the old building is full of secrets, and the students can't resist exploring - even when strange things start happening. The main characters manage to form some solid friendships, though even that is tested pretty severely at times. And while they survive the events of this story, it's clear that there's more to come...
