Really entertaining, great fun to read. I only realised after I'd finished that one or two plot threads hadn't been tied up. Maybe they will be in the next book in the series...

The second book in a sort of series. (Same main character, premise and locations)

Some great dialogue and a mostly fast moving plot and characters that had many human and some non human frailties. No surprises in the plot though, a bit too easy to work out but good for a bit of sarcasm and humour with a dash of the mystical thrown in.
