I got this fair-condition softcover online, after enjoying the author's Lover's Flat and Tale of the Waning Moon.

This story features 20-something Youichi and his work-pal Renji, who spend a lot of time drinking together after work. Meanwhile, Youichi is fretting over his little brother, who's attending a high school that's rumored to be "90% gay"... but when Youichi rants about this to Renji for the umpteenth time, Renji tells him to cut it out. Seems Renji may just harbor feelings for Youichi himself, but can he speak up when it's clear that Youichi is anti-gay?

I admit I found the story a bit slow here. The other works I've read by this author had more character development, I thought, and this... lagged a bit. Still, it had its moments, especially near the end, as we see how Youichi tries to reconcile his new situation with his previous rants.

I plan to donate this book to the Savers thrift shop on DW Highway. I've found lots of good manga there at reasonable prices, and hope someone else will enjoy this!
