Amazon Editorial Review:
"Lauren is reluctant to participate in the séance, and she feels the first foreboding of evil shortly after the room is darkened. When the lights come back on, her fear turns to shock: Sara Martin is missing, even though all the doors and windows are locked from the inside. . . ."

This novel is my 1st time reading anything by 4 time Edgar Award Winner Joan Lowery Nixon... She was even the winner of the Edgar Award for Best Young Adult Mystery for The Seance.
I thought The Seance was slow to start and picked up around page 50... After that, it was an enjoyable read.
