This was a really creepy, enthralling read and number 2 in the DI Jack Caffery series based in South London. I recently read in an old interview with Mo Hayder that she was not intending to make Jack Caffery part of a series despite the fact that this book ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, but having checked on the Fantastic Fiction web site I have seen that she has changed her mind and her latest book in this series (Ritual) is now out! I shall definitely be looking out for that one!

I found book nr 1 in swedish and read it first. That made it even more exciting! jack Caffery is a new favorite, I hope to read more about him.
