My Dad gave me this one a couple of months ago. He purchased an extra copy by mistake. It was me who introduced him to these wonderful books.
Exactly what I expected. Very enjoyable victorian railway mystery. The setting is Scotland and someone is attacking trains on the Caledonian Railway, and maybe a plan to assassinate the Royal family.
Another very enjoyable Edward Marston book. Lots of interesting characters mixed with historical facts to create the story.
